i just signed up with ladirectmodels.com. yep… if you want to book me youre gunna have to go through them.i’m really excited about this change in my life. im getting my hair done right now and im blogging from my helio just after taking a couple classes at 24hour fitness. i woke up bright and early at 7am (sorry for missing your bday party Durian). Things are moving forward beautifully. last weekend my workouts were a little messed up so im going to have to add on 3 days at the end of my original plan. I have kept to my super srict regiment of veggies and fish and sprouted grains… and rolled oats in the morning. the first week was hard but this week was really super easy. my “its worth it” mantra has come in sooooooooo handy. and the thing that ive been doing differently this time is i havent punished myself or been hard on myself for eating past my 8pm mark. i try not to eat too much past… definitely not after 11pm… but there was one night where because of my rudetv.com show i had to eat later. ive just stopped feeling guilty and longing for bad food and focused on all the fun creative things i can do to the veggies i can have. i went to the farmers market and bought lychee, papaya (great with fresh squeezed lime), jumbo grapes, kumquats… and to whole foods to get dehydrated fruits and veggies and these great kale chips and goji berries and bagged seaweed like you get at sushi restaurants. last night i made dinner for my roomate as a welcome home present:halibut cooled in orange juice, light soy sauce and small papaya chunks (no oil) the 4 the veggies:sauteed cherry tomatoes, broccoli, almonds, pine nuts, spinach in just a drop of sesame oil for flavor and squeezed kumquat juice. the seaweed salad had light soy, sliced ginger and sesame seeds and finely cut kumquat rhinds.it was super healthy and sweet and delicious and i didnt add any salt. most people add salt to bring out the flavor but i used lime juice instead. same effect and less clogged arteries. you can eat super healthy and still die of a heart attack if you use salt your whole life. and sodium occours naturally in foods. you dont have to eat tons of it.that was my shpeel for today. tonight is erotica la which im going to. then Sexopolus tonight. see you all there.
